first, its the new ff album “echoes, silence, patience and grace”, which simply rocks. it is, in my opinion, their best work since “the colour and the shape”. While i liked the previous albums, they couldn’t knock me off my chair like “tcats”. but now they have done it again.

as a second recommendation, i would like you to listen to the new album of “down” which is also quite good. its quite the slow rocker, but i like it.

yesterday and today were crap days at work. lots to do, chaos, panic, slaughter. i slept roughly 4 hours last night and i am running on sugar and coffee only, grumpy as hell.

then i started listening to this and now the sun is shining into my heart and out of my ass!
