yup, folks, brat and i were in the rehearsal room yesterday and wrote the first new song for the third bettie ford album. it’s so hard and metal, it’s almost sexeh!

so i went to my kutaeka-do practice last night and MAN do i have a sore leg muscles…

but i can almost do the splits. am i ghey or what?

on a completely different note, poland wants to revoke the polish citizenship for lukas podolski because he scored two goals for germany against poland in the european championship.

now that’s one helluva important issue, kids. forget polution. forget the environment or corrupt politicians or crime. revoke that citizenship because he beat us!

well, its kinda strange this week. first, my mother tells me, that a former friend of mine, whom i played handball and went to school with died of thromboembolism, leaving behind his wife and two kids.

now i read the news which just announced heath ledger died at the age of twenty-eight, due to (yet) unknown reasons.

now, he wasn’t my most favorite actor, but i sure do like some of his movies and it’s one of the news that just strikes you and all you can say is “wtf?!”.

so, carpe diem, people. live your life to its fullest, you never know when your ticket is up…
