yup, folks, brat and i were in the rehearsal room yesterday and wrote the first new song for the third bettie ford album. it’s so hard and metal, it’s almost sexeh!

ah hell, it’s been another few weeks in which i didn’t really have time to write or post anything at all…

so, 2008’s come and gone, we (we being my band bettie ford) released our second album, i had a really great trip to thailand and… yeah, what else happened in 2008? i bet a lot of stuff, i just don’t remember it. fuck, i am getting old (yeah, yeah, i know, i AM old).

so, whats up with 2009?
